- ZENTSBD Footwear facilitates its consumers with an “Open Box Policy’’ which means while receiving the product you can check your parcel at your doorstep in front of the delivery agent.
- The maximum delivery period for a stock product is 2 working days inside Dhaka and 3-4 working days outside of Dhaka from the date of order confirmation.
- It takes approximately 10 to 15 working days from the order confirmation date for global products to be delivered.
- Delivery may be delayed due to any inconvenient circumstance, including courier troubles, severe weather, customs problems, domestic or international issues, political issues, and so forth. To compensate for these inconveniences, we need an additional 10 working days to deliver global products.
