1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • Product must be returned with original box and packaging.

  • Invoice or proof of purchase is required.

2. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for size issues only (subject to stock availability).

  • Exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Customer may need to pay delivery charges for exchange.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered.

  • Items without original packaging.

  • Clearance or discounted items (if marked non-returnable).

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after product inspection.

  • Refund will be issued via the original payment method.

  • Processing time: 5–10 working days after approval.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Wrong Product

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos.

  • We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
